Abdedaim Battioui
I’m Abdedaim Battioui, an independent consultant with expertise in project and grant management, policy analysis, energy systems, and international development.
My background combines executive leadership as former CEO of the Center Cadi Ayyad for Development with program management in Morocco and the United States, international academic coordination, and research on energy and critical minerals. I bring both analytical depth and implementation experience to the projects I take on.
Through Daim Consulting, I help organizations develop fundable proposals, build practical budgets, assess policy and risk, and manage projects from idea to implementation. My regional focus is the Middle East and North Africa, supported by work across the United States and Europe and professional communication in English, Arabic, and French.
As a Duke-UNC Rotary Peace Fellow, I also bring training in negotiation, peacebuilding, and conflict resolution to partnerships and projects involving competing interests.
